1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, signing an agreement, or paying any licensing or setup fee to We All Win Agency, LLC for use of the 1-888-SEWER LINE™ brand or number, you (“Partner,” “Licensee,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the 1-888-SEWER LINE™ Partner Program.
2. Program Overview
1-888-SEWER LINE™ grants qualified contractors the exclusive right to receive and respond to calls made from defined geographic territories. Each Partner is granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the hotline number and brand assets solely for marketing and customer acquisition within their approved territory.
3. Licensing and Fees
Monthly licensing fees are due in advance.
Initial setup and activation fees are non-refundable once routing and branding are initiated.
Failure to remit payment within 10 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of routing privileges.
Pricing is based on population, call volume potential, and territory exclusivity.
4. Territory Exclusivity
Each Partner receives exclusive inbound routing within the area codes, ZIPs, or regions listed in their agreement. Exclusivity remains valid while the Partner is active, current on payments, and compliant with these Terms.
We reserve the right to adjust territories if numbering overlays or federal regulations require changes.
5. Partner Responsibilities
Partners must:
Maintain all required state and local licenses, insurance, and bonding.
Deliver professional service and uphold industry standards.
Use the 1-888-SEWER LINE™ mark in good faith and only in approved formats.
Avoid misleading, unethical, or deceptive marketing practices.
Any misuse of the brand, mark, or system may result in immediate suspension.
6. Call Routing and Data
All calls are routed through Company-managed telecom systems for tracking and quality control.
Call data—including caller ID, time, duration, and recordings—may be collected for analytics, verification, and customer-service purposes.
Partners will have dashboard access to view their call metrics.
7. Marketing and Use of Brand
Partners are encouraged to display 1-888-SEWER LINE™ on trucks, gear, and marketing materials consistent with official brand guidelines provided by We All Win Agency, LLC.
Unauthorized alteration or misrepresentation of the brand is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection
All rights, title, and interest in the 1-888-SEWER LINE™, The National Sewer Line Network™, associated logos, domains, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of We All Win Agency, LLC.
Partners receive only a limited, revocable right to use these marks for marketing purposes while in good standing.
Trademark Protection Clause
If any Partner, representative, or related entity attempts to register, file, or claim ownership of any trademark, logo, or business name that includes, imitates, or confuses with:
“1-888-SEWER LINE,”
“The National Sewer Line Network,” or
any derivative, similar mark, or representation thereof,
the Company reserves the immediate and irrevocable right to terminate the Partner’s account, routing privileges, and territorial rights without refund.
Reversion of Trademark Filings
Any such trademark, business filing, or intellectual property registration submitted in violation of this section shall be deemed to have been made in trust for the sole benefit of We All Win Agency, LLC.
All rights, title, and ownership in such filings shall automatically revert to We All Win Agency, LLC, and the Partner agrees to promptly execute any necessary documents to transfer ownership back to the Company.
Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach, entitling the Company to pursue injunctive relief, damages, attorney’s fees, and recovery of all associated legal costs.
9. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
The Company may suspend or terminate participation immediately for:
Non-payment
Misuse of the brand or marks
Failure to maintain licensing or insurance
Filing or attempting to register a protected mark
Customer complaints or unethical conduct
Upon termination, the Partner must discontinue all use of the number, logo, and related materials immediately.
10. Refund Policy
All setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly licensing fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins, except in cases of proven technical failure directly attributable to the Company.
11. Limitation of Liability
We All Win Agency, LLC shall not be liable for lost profits, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Partner in the preceding 90 days.
12. Indemnification
Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless We All Win Agency, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Partner’s conduct, advertising, or misuse of the brand.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue for any dispute shall lie in the appropriate state or federal court located in Baltimore, MD.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed Partner Agreement, constitute the full understanding between both parties and supersede all prior communications, representations, or proposals.
15. Regulatory Compliance and Disclaimer:
The Partner acknowledges that 1-888-SEWER LINE™ is a proprietary brand and marketing system operated by We All Win Agency, LLC.
The Partner is granted a limited license to receive calls and use the associated brand within approved territories. No numbering rights or administrative control are transferred to any partner. The program operates in full compliance with FCC regulations (47 CFR § 52.107), which prohibit the sale or brokering of toll-free numbers.
Use of the 1-888-SEWER LINE™ system acknowledges that We All Win Agency, LLC assumes no liability for any damages, claims, delays, losses, or disputes arising from services rendered by independent contractors, partners, or third-party entities.
1-888-SEWER LINE™ and The National Sewer Line Network™ are brands owned and operated by We All Win Agency, LLC, a marketing and call-distribution company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
We All Win Agency, LLC is not a plumbing or sewer contractor and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any plumbing, trenchless, or sewer line repair work.
All contractors and licensees operating under the 1-888-SEWER LINE™ brand are independent businesses, fully responsible for their own licensing, insurance, compliance, workmanship, warranties, and customer relationships.
We All Win Agency, LLC maintains exclusive ownership and Responsible Organization (RespOrg) control of the toll-free number and all related intellectual property.
