Terms of Service – 1-888-SEWER LINE™

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 1-888-SEWER LINE™ – The National Sewer Line Hotline™ operated by We All Win Agency, LLC. By using the hotline or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
Referral Service Only: 1-888-SEWER LINE™ is a referral hotline that connects callers with licensed, insured, independent contractors in their local area.
No Performance of Work: We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any sewer repair, replacement, or related services.
2. No Liability for Work Performed
All sewer line services are performed solely by the independent contractor to whom your call is referred.
We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of contractor work.
You agree that We All Win Agency, LLC and 1-888-SEWER LINE™ shall have no liability whatsoever for damages, losses, or claims arising from work performed by referred contractors.
3. Contractor Exclusivity
Each county or territory is served by one exclusive licensed contractor partner.
Exclusivity arrangements are business-to-business agreements and may change at any time without notice to consumers.
4. Intellectual Property
1-888-SEWER LINE™, The National Sewer Line Hotline™, associated logos, badges, and branding are the exclusive trademarks and intellectual property of We All Win Agency, LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of these marks is strictly prohibited.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the hotline, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when calling or submitting forms.
Direct any service complaints, damages, or disputes directly to the independent contractor performing the work.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The hotline is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We All Win Agency, LLC and 1-888-SEWER LINE™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the hotline or contractor services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
